1. YFPQ Type Angle-Lifting Pulverized Coal Distributor
This distributor is an ideal choice for the single-pipe pulverized coal conveying system of blast furnace coal injection. It can evenly distribute the pulverized coal for multi-pipe injection in front of the blast furnace, effectively meeting the needs of various working scenarios. The new type of pulverized coal distributor developed by our company is developed based on drawing on the advantages of various types of distributors in the past and combining with foreign new technologies. This new type of pulverized coal distributor adopts a cone design, and it is actually an upgraded product of the old bottle-type, disc-type, and spherical distributors. Different from traditional disc-type and bottle-type distributors, its branch pipes adopt a horizontal distribution method. In the coal injection system, pulverized coal is conveyed through air flow with a certain pressure, which often causes large wear and tear on the equipment. However, our product is designed to address the various shortcomings of previous products.
The pulverized coal distributor is mainly composed of a main pipe, a main body (including cone type, disc type, and bottle type), and various branch pipes. The branch pipes are evenly distributed above the main body, and in the cone design, the branch pipes adopt an angle-lifting distribution (such as 90 degrees or 120 degrees). The coal injection branch pipes (such as No. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18) are evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor main body. The lower end of the distributor is connected to one end of the coal conveying main pipe, while the branch pipes on the upper part of the distributor are connected to each pulverized coal lance.
